What is Wellbeing? 'Wellbeing is defined as a state of being & feeling healthy and happy'
Our minds, emotions, bodies are designed as finely tuned instruments:- Physical, Emotional, Psychological, and Spiritual. Each part is intrinsically connected to create 'Synergy and Harmony'
Whilst we can be extremely resilient, we are not built to deal with 'excess' in any one area. When this happens, this area becomes 'clogged up or stuck' and our whole well-being becomes affected.
Examples of topics covered:- Nutritional Psychiatry, Faith/Spirituality and our Emotions, Peri/Menopause - The Effect on our Wellbeing and Tips to Rebalance.

PERSONAL GROWTH AND RESILIENCE GROUP
If only the world of emotions, self-awareness and personal growth was taught alongside Maths and English, but it's not!
In our current climate where finance is tight, and developing resilience has never been more important. Here's your opportunity to learn strategies to empower you to break any destructive cycles, find out more about how you tick, and create the life that fits YOU
This online group will run once a month for 1.5 hrs (Last Monday PM of the month) £15 per person per month. There will be a maximum of 10 spaces available to ensure a sense of safety and community.
Please note that this a group learning therapeutic strategies, but it is NOT a THERAPY GROUP. If specific confidential work is needed this is best done via one to one therapy, which you can access with myself.
