Even before COVID19 mental health was one of the major reasons for long-term work-related sickness.
Of the 5 million people being signed off from work every year, data from NHS showed an alarming 31 percent are taking time out due to mental health, with a shocking 14 percent rise in doctor’s notes relating to anxiety and stress in one year.
Post-COVID there is an even greater need to Reduce Mental Health Stigma and Increase Access to Mental Health Support to facilitate a healthy workforce so that organisations can recover & grow
A report by the Centre for Mental Health prior to COVID revealed that absences due to mental health cost the UK economy £34.9 billion. Additionally, the economy lost: £21.2 billion in reduced productivity; £10.6 billion in sick leave; £3.1 billion in staff turnover.

In my experience 'psychoeducation' is one of the most empowering tools when looking to improving and managing mental health. Sadly historically this has not been taught in schools, so for many the world of emotions/mental health is a mystery.
I have worked with various organisations to deliver education in various formats, that is pertinent for them. These are a couple of examples.
