Hi, I am Katharine, I'm the owner of CONFIDENT STRIDES DEVON. I have over 10 years experience as a Counsellor/Supervisor

Initially, CSD was set up to serve the Torbay area but now has many clients accessing services in other areas within the UK.

Confident Strides is for those who feel emotionally, psychologically, relationally STUCK or in crisis. In a safe place I facilitate, resource and empower my clients to identify and clear blocks, so they can feel Confident to Stride forward and create the life that fits them, emotionally healthier!

I offer over 10 Years of a wide range of training and experience to underpin my services
